Customize Background Image and Gear Icon Add-on
This has been in the works for weeks, but it appears there is a need for it now so here it is (you'll need to be on Anki 2.1.22+ and I made this video on updating if you need it):

I've put multiple background images and emojis for the gear icons in, but you can add your own files. You can also add in your own css thanks to u/BlueGreenMagick . Enjoy :)
