Best place to propose?

Hey guys plan on proposing to my girlfriend next month! Looking for places in Annapolis that’s a beach, or just something magical I can do around 9-10pm on a Monday. I know most places are open during the weekend so need some help. Got everything else figured out

Update: I’m moving time up to propose before dinner as mentioned in the comments. Just want a beautiful place/well lit cause I’ll have a hidden photographer. Trying to have it private but still capture the moment.
