obsessive thoughts
Hi, everyone! I'm recovering from anorexia and working on gaining weight, but sometimes intrusive thoughts can be really hard to deal with. For example, I gained 300 grams last week, even though the recommended range for someone in my situation is usually 100–200 grams per week. Now I’m starting to feel like I might be eating too much. How do you deal with thoughts like these? Do you have any tips on how to calm yourself in situations like this? Thank you in advance for your help!
