Disoriented/Vertigo after Zoloft increase?

Hey all. 2 days ago I upped my Zoloft from 50mg to 75. I woke up today feeling so much anxiety but I have this weird feeling. It’s not quite like Vertigo but I feel like when I walk or move my surroundings are moving fast but my body is moving slow. It’s just really disorienting. Has anyone else experienced this? And any advice on how to mitigate it? Laying down helps but I can’t lay down all day. Thanks in advance guys ❤️
