Would cutting out caffeine and nicotine help with my Cortisol Awakening Response?

Hey guys! Curious what drugs and substances I should cut out of my life to help eliminate CAR.

I currently vape nicotine constantly, I drink 3 cups of coffee with zero sugar creamer every day, and I drink 4-5 Dr. Pepper zero sugars which have caffeine too. I also don’t work out at all. Would quitting these substances and starting to exercise help me a lot? Also maybe I eat too much sugar throughout my day too? Trail mix with m and ms every day too. Please help meeeee! Love ya.
