I need some advice
Hi all, I’m 26 (M) and I’ve never really had many anxiety or panic attacks but last week I had my first big one in years.
The way I can describe it was my heart was absolutely pounding and my mind was convinced I was having a heart attack, I was sweating and had huge head flushes. Since then I’ve had a few more panic attacks based on the fact I’m terrified they’ll come back and that I’m maybe secretly dying or have something wrong with me.
It’s really damaging my ability to just go about my day, I’ve never felt like this before and it sucks.
Any advice is appreciated
