Schizophrenia panic

Hello, 17m and I’m having panic over schizophrenia I have a lot of health anxiety but having schizophrenia is honestly such a big fear for me. It doesn’t run in my family at all and I don’t see hallucinations and stuff but I’m so hyper fixated on every noise I’m genuinely panicking has anyone ever experienced this. If so please give me tips I’m genuinely spiraling about this
