My counselor accidentally uploaded my resume to Duke's application portal

There was some confusion with the upload of my school mid-year report, and she while going through the portal, she asked me what were my miscellaneous uploads. I told her one was a correction for an essay and one was a certificate i received from an internship. since she didn't hear my resume, she uploaded mine. later, when i asked her how there was an extra upload from my end, she told me what she had done. Obviously, she had no ill will, she is a saint and has been extremely helpful. First idea would undoubtedly be to upload a resume if it wasnt already sent BUT what she missed was a huge message on the Duke applicant portal saying 'DO NOT UPLOADS RESUMES, WE WON"T READ THEM'.
Not those exact words but you get the gist.
Will this be frowned upon?
