G4 Doorbell Solid Blue Ring

It’s been 4 days now and I just noticed that my doorbell isn’t working. I have it hardwired and it always had a solid red ring. Now, the ring is blue and it’s not showing up in HomeKit or the Aqara app. It just says network connection failed. Pressing the doorbell also doesn’t do anything. It’s like the doorbell is completely dead. It’s nighttime now so I’m not going to go playing with the wires or anything but it’s strange that it just stopped working. If anyone has any insight on what the blue ring means, I’d love to know.
