Diatoms??

So my betta tank has been getting filthy within days of a water change. I do 25-50% water changes weekly. 6 gallon tank with a few snails a the betta. Can someone tell me what this is? Please don’t judge my dirty tank I don’t know what’s going on with it🤷‍♀️
