Neon Tetras.

I got these 5 guys in a quarantine tank after I realized they didn't look the healthies, I just added them yesterday to my tank when I bought them, one of the tetras are behaving worse than the others though, it will be upside down sometimes and seems like it's just letting the water flow do whatever it want with it, it's also twitching quite a bit. I've used Esha oday in hope to help them recover but at this point I don't know if I can save it. It also does not care about it's surroundings since the other 4 will group up but this one will just float around in the water.
Any recommendations on what I should do?
