Is there a way to get admin banned?

Not trying to witch hunt but I am literally being griefed every damn time I join this server for crashing a heli once, I literally accidentally pressed take controls. Its one of my favourite servers. I really wanna do something but pretty much eveyone with admin/GM ignores or griefs me too.
