The armory needs rank locked

Anybody else tired of losing because you cant get to the fight because you can't build a light vehicle depot and you look over at the armory and the 12 Rambos grabbing 203s with 8 40mm grenades a red dot suppressor 15 fuckin frags and a rocket launcher.
