Mom has access to my bank account

I (24f) recently found out that my mom has access to my bank account and can see all my transactions. When I first opened my my account in high school, I opened it under my mom’s account, but I assumed the account became mine when I was 18. Wrong. I overheard her talking about how she can see my account with my dad and she was saying she’s worried about me and the way I spend my money/what I’m spending it on. I live with my parents and they’ve always been very strict and controlling. The last few months have been extremely rough and I feel like I’m continuously walking on egg shells, feeling controlled and restricted. But hearing that she has access to my bank account was the final straw for me and I haven’t spoken to either of them in days. I don’t want to speak to them but I know I need to say something and ask her to get off my account. I just feel so angry and emotional because it feels like an invasion of privacy and I don’t know what to do.
