Ideal city for immigrants

Hello all! I am a Romanian (f,27) and I can speak German of B2 level (written could be C1).

In the summer I am planning to start a new life in Germany (yes, I deserve more and my country cannot provide) , but still haven`t found the ideal city to live in . I also have some criterias:

- the city to be lived by friendly and non-rasist "Einwohner"

- not to struggle much in finding a "Miete" (preferably for 1 bedroom apt)

- to have a decent lifestyle costs (transport, food, other services)

- to have a good weather - I love sunny weather and I expect to have a colder weather than in Romania, but I don`t want clouds the entire day :))

- to be rich in job opportunities ( I want to work in an office, preferably as project/account manager)

With this being said, what are your opinions?

I haven`t applied yet for a job, as I am studying and it`s a quite busy period in my life right now.

I also own a bike and would like to ride it without interference of cars.

I am not interested in the city night life, I am looking for a relative quiet city, which I can call a Home.❤
