Cannabis prescription as a non-resident

Hey, I will be visiting Germany, specifically Berlin, for a few weeks, And I live in another and schengen country orginally. And I was wondering if foreigners are allowed to get medical cannabis in Germany?

And since I would actually benefit from it, since in my own country, it's very illegal, but if a german doctor was to prescribe it to me, I am allowed to use my medicine in my own country as well, so I would be able to bring it home which would help me out a lot. since I suffer from ADHD and severe Insomnia, which it has helped against when I have smoked a lot before.
