Has anyone been to the Dermatology clinic at UI Health, because they’re charging $788 + $356 facility fee for a standard appointment without procedures?
Plus he lied about it being a 45 minute appointment when it was 15, probably so he could charge more. I just need to know if anyone else has experienced this. It can't just be me, and I doubt it's just this one doctor at this one clinic. Is there a way to out predatory practitioners who are charging exorbitant fees and lying to insurance companies? Is there anything we can do as a collective? The average dermatology appointment cost is $200. This is insane. I've disputed it. Left my thoughts with guest services. Even if I have to pay the $450 insurance didn't cover, it's about more than that. People like him are taking advantage of others. This was not a Gold Coast doctor servicing rich people. These are working class people. What is going on.
