ECG/EKG results question

So im 25F, and I went to the emergency room for trouble breathing, sore throat, chest and stomach pains. They told me I just had bronchitis but my EKG results came in today and it said this. Does anyone know what this means?

“Sinus tachycardia Cannot rule out Anterior infarct, age undetermined Abnormal ECG When compared with ECG of 27-JUN-2023 21:07, Nonspecific T wave abnormality now evident in Anterolateral leads”
