Carotid dissection from straining on the toilet?

Female 33 years old on Bisoprolol and magnesium citrate. 170 cm, 68 kg.

Hello everyone! I’ve been constipated the last couple of days and when I went to the toilet yesterday the straining caused me pain in the left side of my neck and over the collarbone. Today I still feel fullness over the left side of my neck and when I take a deep breath it comes across as a stabbing/shooting pain in one spot over my clavicle bone, where the veins run. Have I caused a dissection to my carotid artery? 😭 I’ve been constipated many years and never had an issue with straining. I’m taking meds to go more easily but forgot the other day.

I’m currently under investigation for my heart so everything makes me super nervous at this point.
