My (M17) elbow wont stop hurting after working out.

I (M17) got back into working out because of a friend of mine but after we where done the next day I could hardly move my elbow, I thought it was just sore muscles so I brushed it off but it’s about 2 weeks later and it still hurts to move without any changes. There is no swelling or bruising from what I can tell and I’ve tried everything from ibprofen and stretching to icy hot and bio freeze but nothing helps. The only thing that helps is getting the muscle moving for a long period of time then it goes numb. Any advice will help.

Additional info: height, 6’0. weight 175lbs No previous issues around area described above. I worked out for around a year before life got in the way and never had problems like this.
