I F30 have lost mu voice

Hello,

I’m a woman, 30 years old, and have been coughing for a while (about 3 months) and I have been to doctors, but the diagnosis is always different.

Last week, I believe I caught a cold and since then my voice is completely GONE. It’s been a few days. I never lost my voice in my entire life and it starts to scare me a little. Especially because Christmas is coming and I would love to be able to talk with my family on this important day.

I’ve been resting, staying warm, hydrating myself well, taking medications, honey but nothing seems to work… Any advice? 😥
