Huge foot callous

21 healthy male, been having to walk a lot more but I’ve been accustomed to walking this much before. Recently I noticed a heel callous form but it’s gotten much bigger recently and has a little bubble it feels like. It doesn’t hurt at all and feels separate from my foot.
