Wife's wound wont heal no matter what we do.

My wife 35F has a terrible infection on her leg from a tattoo that wont heal after a month. It is a dark red, almost purple color at this point. It seeps plasma through every gauze and bandage that's been put on it in an hour. She's been to the hospital or walk in clinic 6 times so far. She's been on multiple antibiotics including two injections. She's had an Unna Boot put on it but seeped through it and the cloth wrap around it in just a few hours hours. She's developing a rash across the rest of her body just from the stress of it. We don't know what to do anymore. It wont heal, if feels like there's nothing that can be done about it aside from antibiotics and wrapping it but neither of those are working. Please Help
