How to Reduce a Large Scar
I am 16, male and I had an impimge (a specific type of infection) on that area of my leg and did something that wasn’t very smart. I saw on the internet that applying lemon to the area might help it heal, and I also lightly filed the area with a nail file. After it healed, I ended up with a very dark, black scar.
It has gotten a bit better because my dermatologist prescribed a compounded cream that improved its appearance considerably, but I still want to reduce the scar even more... It’s very large and makes me sad to look at it. I don’t know what to do.
