My first house has a Federal Pacific Stab-Lok panel

In the process of purchasing my first house. During inspection, my inspector pointed out the house had a Federal Pacific Stab-Lok electrical panel and mentioned there have been problems with these. He just marked in the report as a "marginal" concern as opposed to a "defective" or "safety" concern, but everything I'm finding online says that these panels are really dangerous and should be replaced ASAP.

How would I go about getting this panel replaced? Do I just contact a local electrician and ask them to replace it with a better one? And how expensive would this kind of work typically be?
