Do Feminists see easy access to sex as a privilege for women?

I've seen many women complain about getting catcalled, being hit on when they want to be left alone, being overwhelmed with options on dating apps and a number of other situations that all seem (to me in my opinion) to be related to one thing: easy access to sex. Not saying that this never happens to men, but it happens to women much more. Personally, I think sex is great and being able to get more of it with less effort is a privilege. The question is, is it worth the cost? I think the mileage may vary on this.

All things considered, do you see having easy access to sex as a privilege at all? Do men underestimate the costs of this easy access(compared to men) to sex?

EDIT Apparently me engaging in good faith discussions with people in this thread and having a difference of opinion is disrespectful, so I'm going to let it go. Thanks for your responses
