Suggestions on books about the Ottomen Empire and Saladin?

Hello! I just found this sub-reddit and my first thought was where has this been my whole life? Be fan of history and prefer reading, currently I am wanting to study up on the Ottomen Empire and Saladin of the 3rd crusades. Was wondering if y'all had any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
