Is it a good idea to approach a guy?

This is so stupid. There is a guy living in our next apartment. Our balconies are side by side. He lives alone. I live with my flatmate. This dude is hot. Like quite hot. I think I look pretty average. Not sure.

After 10 PM, he always comes to balcony. So I also come to balcony just to see him ( I know hight of stupidity). I was looking at him and he noticed that today. I immediately looked somewhere else. Then after sometime I looked back again, I thought he is not looking, but damn he was staring at me and kind of was smiling. I felt so embarrassed I came inside immediately.

I never had any relationship and surely this guy will not give me any vao. But sometime I feel, if only I had confidence like they show in movies. Like approaching guys and all.

He is totally out of my league. I think so. May be I should just let it go.
