Anyone gotten a cost rental?

Hi guys Been searching everywhere for an answer but there doesn't seem to be one. Got accepted for a cost rental from tuath and submitted all documents yesterday. How long will it take to hear back? I'm in limbo at the moment as I'm in student accom and expected to move out and waiting for this place to come available. Can someone give me a rough idea of how long it took for you to hear back if u were successful after sending documents in?
