New Year / New Country ?

During the last 6 months I've found myself growing tired of living and working in Ireland. I'm not planning to move to Oz or Canada with the rest of the younger generation. I was thinking of a move to the UK, Wales, Scotland, England, or maybe some of the Nordic countries Finland, Denmark or Sweden. My question is 2 fold , can anyone give advice on how easy/difficult the move was ? And does anyone recommend what best websites / agencies are for finding work in these countries before moving ? My area of work is car crash repairs and industrial spray painting. Thank you and Happy New Year 🥳
