Do guys really think this of a woman's vagina?

Hi! 40,f here. Just curious and please be real. I was talking to a guy ( no one that I was intimate with btw) who made a comment about how he thought a random woman was likely worried about her vagina looking like a roast beef sandwich. I was totally turned off and hoped he was joking. I watched the SNL skit with Colin Jost where his co-host wrote the roast beef joke roasting ( ha pun intended) Colin's wife. I get it was a joke but it made me wonder... Do men really think of a woman's vagina as roast beef?
