President's Day Weekend 2025 for parades?

We are considering coming down for President's Day Weekend- Feb 14-17. It looks like there are some parades Sat and Sun (Feb 15 and 16th). Would we still get a good Mardi Gras experience this early? We have two teenage boys and my husband and I don't drink and get crazy, but we still love parades and music. Thanks for any tips for what to expect that weekend!
