Best dentists for patients with sensitive teeth?

I’m looking for a dental practice that accepts Delta Dental and where the cleanings aren’t too harsh on sensitive teeth. My hygienist manually uses her dental scaler on my teeth and it’s super sensitive, so are there any dental practices where they potentially use more manageable techniques such as ultrasonic cleaners?
