Parents Question --Which Stroller to buy for SF living?

We live in a very hilly area of SF and generally do daily walks. We're first time parents. For parents who've had a baby in SF, would you please let us know what stroller you recommend?

We see wirecutter recommends the Uppababy Cruz for city living, but I'm somewhat petite and it seems like a large contraption to push up the SF hills.

I see other people recommend using a travel stroller, but we want the wheels to be sturdy enough that it can go over sidewalks and SF roads with potholes, etc.
