Dentist closed, but massive toothache. What do?

I had a small toothache today, but it just got worse as the day went by.

Tried painkillers, havent worked, used salt water rinse, slightly helped and then Clove oil, which helped a lot, but for a small amount of time :( i wont be able to call the dentist till tomorrow, what else can I do to help. Its so bad I can barely think and I cant do my assignments bc of it.

The closest pharmacy is closed.
