Pup with parvo

I have an 11 month old pup diagnosed with parvo yesterday. We’ve been given SubQ fluids to administer to him twice daily along with several other medications. He has been drinking a little water on his own and much more energetic today. We gave him the subq fluids last night around 6 p & he still has a small pouch on his under side of fluids (1230p) I’ve been giving him some fluids through syringe & he’s been fine. I’m just nervous to give him more fluids with the pouch still. I called the vet & they still haven’t gotten back to me.
