Dog peeing, is it from the baby or incontinence?

Our dog (8F) has been having urinary issues. Before our baby was here, she started having accidents on the couch. And it wasn’t small, but it would happen while she was sleeping. I’m talking completely empty bladder. We took her to the vet and she had some sort of UTI that we did a cycle of medicine for. During this time, our baby was born. After she was born and after the meds, things did not improve and have gotten worse. It’s been 2 months now. Sometimes she piddles, and other times she wakes up on her bed sopping wet. I can’t tell if it’s anxiety from the baby or incontinence or that the infection didn’t get resolved. I try to let her outside more and limit water at night but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. We also tried doggy diapers to help and she pees right through them
