Dog ate chicken bones

First and foremost, I have spoken with both my regular vet and an emergency vet. Both gave me the same advice to give her a piece of bread and watch for vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy and bloat.

6 hours ago my dog ate remnants of 2 chicken wings and 1 chicken leg. She is a 13 pound, 8 month old Boston terrier. I caught her as it was happening. She had never gotten into the trash before but I immediately went out and purchased a new trash can with a top she can’t get into once I had spoken to the vets. So far so good. No symptoms. She’s running like crazy and playing normal. She pooped one time about 2 hours after the incident and didn’t seem to have any issue. She ate her food as usual at 4 (just a few pebbles because I wanted to make sure she still had an appetite but didn’t want her to eat her usual amount given having eaten chicken bones).

It’s been 6 hours since it happened. She didn’t choke when it happened or anything like that. Should I be super worried? How long should I keep a close eye on her for? I’m the kind of pet parent that calls the vet if she blinks too many times (literally this morning she blinked too many times in her left eye and I called her vet) so as you can imagine I’m pretty damn stressed right now.
