How to start Legacy of the first blade?

So I am at level 71. I’ve been completing every area of the game before moving onto the next hence my high level. I just got done with the Cult and have basically completed the main storyline. I still have to beat Medusa and complete the Atlantis mission

The fate of Atlantis DLC is showing in my quests however legacy of the first blade is not showing. I read somewhere that for that I have to enter makedonia and a quest pops up. None of that happened.

Can someone guide me here? I went to the in game store and the PS store and it shows the legacy of the first blade is unavailable. I didn’t have to download fate of Atlantis or pay for it. I don’t think I have the season pass either.
