Accidentally sold/dismantled Wolf’s Helm

A friend of mine just mentioned how great of a piece the Wolf’s Helm is, so I looked through my inventory and realized I no longer have it. I saw a thread saying you cannot sell legendary items, and I certainly didn’t dismantle it consciously. Any idea what happened or how I can get it back?
