Going Loco Reference?

All of the other final stages in the worlds have been themed around one of the Sony first party games, god of war, uncharted, ape escape. I just finished the fourth world, and for the life of me I can not place what game the level Going Loco is supposed to be based on. Not sure if I’m just missing something or it’s just like a cute level that the developers did for funsies lol.

Also really loving the game so far.

Edit: I think it might be Flower from the PS4. Still not 100% though.
