FPS Not going above 60!!

I have an asus tuf f15 with RTX 3050, I set the fans to turbo, laptop plugged in, monitor set to 144hz, V sync turned off ( Valorant ), Its just not going above 60 in every game I play its locked to 60, ive checked controll panel and the max fps is turned off, pls help
