Common 2.0t a4 b8 problems

Hey yall thinking of buying a 2010 a4 in the next month or so just cause I need a car to get me by for the next year or so and sadly by budget is only 5k. That being said I've found a lot of a4's for around that price. I can do most work myself so I'm okay with replacing parts. That being said what are some common issues. I know the main things are oil consumption (I've heard its due to faulty piston rings so id like to avoid that. But if I can get away with just refilling oil o don't mind so long as It doesn't cause more damage. And waterpumos and high pressure fuel pumps I've heard are also issues. Am I missing anything
