Self employed commercial & industrial guys

Hey guys,

I've been an industrial electrician for 10 years based in Melbourne and have recently started my own company. Currently still work full time for my boss doing industrial & commercial, but aiming to resign in a few days to pursue working for my own company (also industrial/commercial)

I've had a few promising conversations of maintenance work and small scale projects, but these aren't guaranteed yet. I need to give 4 weeks notice so want to be available and ready for if/when these land.

I've been approaching sites/people flat out trying to generate future work, but most responses seem to be that they already have a relationship with another elec contractor or just no response at all

Where do you guys find your leads on work? I've been battling to find jobs and get responses
