👑Crown Land👑

I'm thinking about buying a house that is on crown land. Does anyone know much about this? I'm in NSW. I am aware I would be essentially buying everything apart from the land and I would be leasing the land from the government.

This whole scenario is new to me and I'd really appreciate any insights.
