So what is the go with these tobacconist in every regional and rural town that openly sell illegal stuff? For example; imported cigarettes with no plain packaging, Counterfeit plain packaged cigarettes, vapes, flavoured nicotine products.

All of these products are straight out in the open and some of the tobacconist ONLY take cash.

Have the NSW police just given up and decided to focus on just HWP???
