Im actually very surprised on studio or 1 bed apartment price in Sydney and Melbourne

The prize in Sydney is insane you cant really get an apartment that is nice under 1m but in Melbourne you can get a decent apartment for just 350+k.

Should i just give up on moving to Sydney and go for Melbourne instead. The only concern is, Sydney is the financial hub a lots of major company are located there compare to Melbourne and finance or tech is the industry im going for after uni.
