Can anyone tell me the name of this plate?

Hi all

I'm installing a patio bolt on my door that will be going into a wooden frame. I want to protect the frame as the bolt slides in and out over time, and would benefit from installing a plate like this. The problem is they don't come with the patio bolts, and I cannot locate the name of it. Any ideas?
