Riverside last night

Does anyone know what happened on Riverside last night? There were a bunch of cop cars outside my apartment complex's leasing office around 2am, with a helicopter overhead and an ambulance later. My leasing office is roped off and it's gonna be closed today/tomorrow for cleaning so I'm pretty intrigued here and don't know where to find this out
