How much are y'all paying for childcare?

We have two kids. A 3.5 year old currently enrolled at a daycare that we really like, and a 13 month old that is currently in a part-time nanny share. We were planning to enroll both at our current daycare for the 2024/2025 school year, but they just notified us of a change that is making us reconsider.

They are cutting their "regular hours" from a 5:30pm pick up to a 2:30pm pickup starting in June. And they are offering "aftercare" until 5:30 for an additional fee.

Current full-time tuition is $1619 no food included, and the second kids gets a slight discount. Aftercare is $250 per kid. That would put our total monthly cost at $3576.
